New this forum, not new to LD

Hi, I have recently redeveloped an interest in Lucid dreaming. I have had several in the past and they have always facinated me. REcently in the last 2months I had one that was the most vivid one ever and it peaked my interest to a whole new high. I bought the subliminal cd from BMV and then got mugwort tea, then Galantanmine, and soon I will get some B6. After I got these things I only had 2 brief LD's, nothing special. I also look at my hands several times throughout the day and ask if I am dreaming. I am lazy and have the attention span of a fruit fly, that is why I have not tried any of the other techniques and resorted to supplements but hope the subliminal will help more with continued listening. I don't use the Galantamine too much as it can lose it's effect. Anyway, I find this topic facinating and love the idea of having access to my own personal universe. Are there any Lazy ass techniques to help me to use along with my supelments, cd, and hand checking. I also say before I go to sleep that I will remember my dreams, have a lucid dream, and have control in my dreams. Anyway it is nice to meet all of you and hope to be a pro lucid dreamer like the rest of you.

      Welcome!

Pro like the rest of us? Your mileage may vary. Ours certainly does.

We have folk here who range from multiple LDs most nights to a couple a year. I have about two per month. Had a lot more earlier on, but that seems to be where things have settled for me.

I do have incredible control in my LDs though.

Enjoy the ride, and thanks for posting the intro!

Hi there and to the forum

Hrm a lazy technique I'd say the MILD is lazy. It's easy too, all you do is sit down and repeat to yourself that you will lucid dream, with having a lucid dream as the last thign on your mind before you sleep.
