hi i'm new and need a lil help with "the lucid effect" . well this is the night i found out about lucid dreaming and well i've tried it before without knowing what i was doing. well when i was dreaming(this was a long time ago like when i was 12) i saw something that made me think this is probably a dream and so i did something that would be bad in reality. so i found out that i was asleep and so a few seconds later i woke up without being able to do what i wanted it made me feel kinda sad but i didn't really know what i was missing until now. and so i never really tried to prove i was asleep i jus sometimes (like once a year) i'd know im asleep. so sometimes i'd be able to do what i wanted but a little time i got to do that stuff, i read about forcing the ability or whatever and i guess it was that, so can someone help me?
also i gotta add that it wasn't as clear as everyone says. it was like jus most of the middle of what i was looking at was clear. like on tv and stuff.
