Hi there, welcome aboard this boat.

First up, you always dream if you sleep long enough, every 90 minutes or so, when an REM period comes along. Now remembering dreams, that's another problem. Many find that keeping a journal of the dreams they remember leads to them remembering more and more dreams in greater detail. Going to bed in the mindset that you'll remember dreams helps a lot to, try thinking to yourself that you will remember your dreams while going to sleep. It really helps.

Now, gaining control in 2 of 5, I take it this is becoming lucid? If so that's a great ratio! The dreams will eventually last longer in time, try doing things like rubbing your hands together and spinning, it can make the dreams last longer.

Personally I find keeping a dream journal and doing reality checks works well for getting lucid dreams.

Have you tried Wake Back To Bed (WBTB)? I think it might be good for you, dreams are longer and easier to remember later in the night, so give this technique a go, it could help you a lot. http://www.dreamviews.com/community/...ead.php?t=5397

Good luck.
