Dont worry about it. You will pick it up soon enough. Before I joined here I had been lucid dreaming for 10+ years and had never come accross these terms before. So I have been in the same boat. But everyone here is friendly enough to help you along
If need be just drop me a PM or something if there are specific bits you are unsure of an I will help you out
(maybe not for the next week though as go on holiday tomorrow lol)
