All I have to say is don't be scared. Your first experience will most likely be a great one and you'll probably be eager to do it again. There really is nothing to fear. It's pretty much the same thing as going to sleep any other night but with a little bonus. |

The ting you need to remember is that nothing in a lucid dream is real, just lie any dream it's a scenareo that lasts a short while, then it's gone. Nothing can hurt you; nothing can scqre you, it's all just part of your imagination. You'll wake up. |

Don't worry about a thing, you are fine, theres no such thing as not waking up from a dream unless you die but if you die you won't remain in the dream because your brain would shut off, but thats a different story, you are perfectly safe, you may have a lengthy dream but you will never get trapped in a dream as far as i know, just keep cool and enjoy your lucid dreams, just look forward to waking up after a lucid dream and know that you have control of the dream and what you do, if you want to wake up, then you can! |
