      Hello

Hi, all! I've been visiting that site for sometime and today I finally decided to register. I'm 15 (16 next month) and I live in Canada...guesse im the youngest here ... or am I? Anyways...I really like that site and all the explanations about LD, I'm reading all the steps and now im in that "recall dream" step...and speaking of that I had one question: Sometimes I can recall my dreams but thats not very often... like for exemple I can recall 3 to 4 dreams for night...but since 3 night it seems I just CAN'T do it anymore...I can't awake in the night...and in the morning i dont even remember one dream...is there something that I'm not doing right?

Make sure you have a dream journal going. Also, make sure you tell youself before you go to bed," I will have a dream, and I will remember it."

      A EASY suggestions there.

A few other ones is people who eat bannans has a Viatmen B6 in it and it helps improve Recall... Well, I think its B6 or B12..

Hi and welcome to the forum Dreamwave

Hrm well with the recall try using B6, it's a good vitamin that helps. Also for waking up use an alarm clock or self suggestion for example repeat "I will wake up after my next dream". Both are good ways of waking up.

You say it happens on and off, perhaps you are just going through a dry spell? It happens to us all.

      Welcome to the forum.
I think you're smarter than a lot of other people I have heard from.
You have actually looked at different LD experiences and you’re reading steps on how to recall. You are on the right track. I’m happy that I don’t have to tell you to look around for the first time.
Don't give up just because it’s been 3 dreamless nights.

      Keep trying!!!

      Hey there, welcome to DV.

Recall can be improved in a number of ways. Personally I'd stay away from B6 and other such pills apart from as a last resort. Firm belief that you'll remember dreams helps a lot. So does getting your 8 hours sleep. I find my recall is terrrible if I get too little.

      Welcome to Dreamviews!
I find the most effective way to remember my dreams is by repeating "I will remember my dreams" in my head until I fall asleep at night. I've tried this three times, and all three times I recalled 5-6 detailed dreams, as opposed to 0-3 dreams if I don't do that.
