Hi and welcome to the forum

A good way to help recognize your dreams it with a dream journal. You wake up either after each dream period or in the morning and write down anything you can remember from your dreams, events, characters, emotions, thoughts ect.

After a while your recall will improve, help you to remember dreams and possible lucids that you may have forgotton. Also after a while you will notice some common events, these ae called dream signs, if you do reality checks everytime you see these/or think of these dream signs in real life. It'll eventually cross over into the dream helping you to become lucid.

There are also other techniques on the Tutorials Section.

Shoot for the moon, even if you miss it you will land among the stars.

So your saying if I do reality checks in real life, I will be programmed to do them in dream, allowing me to activate a lucid dream. If so, thanks!

Yep, that's right! That's the easiest method, but there are some that are a lot more effective. Just look in the tutorial section.

Thanks a lot. I was just wondering, how long did it take for you and how often do you have them?
