Hello everyone. I joined this forum essentially because I need help to interpret my dreams. I think understanding is key to fix issues in my life.

I dont really think dreams mean that much, I think most of the time they are random, I havent read your nightmare yet though, I will and then tell you what I think

edit: ok I read it, dont be afraid it only a dream, you may feel pain but you cant actualy get hurt, the dinosaur is fake, and the people in your dreams are not real, and I dont really think knowing what your dreams mean will fix your life (having lucid dreams might help a little

) my mom has this book called the secret, it says possitive thinking atracks possitive things, your better off that most people in the world if you have a computer, running water, and food, try to be happy, I hope I helped

! I think that dreams have alot of meaning about what is going on in your life, especially by how you feel and react to situations. Every once in a while I drop by the interpretation forum to give my 2 cents. Cool name by the way

Hey there,

I too believe that dreams can have a lot of meaning. However, the meaning is entirely subjective. What counts for one person doesn't necessarily count for another. So the only one who can tell you what your dream was about... is you.

How do you go about this? Its a very simple and at the same time very difficult technique. It requires you to blank your mind as much as possible, and just think on the dream and freely let the associations come. They normally come quite easily by themselves. The hard part is in accepting them. Most often the first thing you think of is the right thing, but unfortunately, we often reject it because it is too 'absurd', 'too shocking', 'too stupid', or because 'we're just not sure'

You have to teach yourself not to try to think logically, and not to try to think too consciously, and just accept whatever meaning and association comes to you. Once you can do that, you can often find the meaning in your own dreams without too much problems.
