hi guys, I'm new here. I've been interested in lucid dreaming for quite awhile now. I become aware of my dreams while dreaming about half the time, though it's just a low level awareness usually and I've only been able to control one of them. but I've always wanted to have better awareness and control, so I somehow stumbled upon this site through wikia. I'm actually hoping to use lucid dreaming to help stop some of my nightmares, since I rarely have good dreams and would like to have more :(
I have pretty good dream recall (already recalling 1-3 dreams a night), but I've still decided to start a dream journal and work a bit more on dream recall, cos the recall can be rather fuzzy sometimes being that I only recall them in the morning when I wake up.
