Something weird and funny

Hi!! Last night I was trying to have a lucid dream (I've always had a lot of them without trying inducting them, but I only got to control them twice) without being succesful. So, the last time that I woke up, I started to think what I was dreaming about, and to imagine what I would've done if i'd been lucid dreaming. The thing is that I didn't realized that I fell asleep again while I was imagining that and while I was still thinking about that, I think I had a lucid dream, since I did everything I wanted to do, but i only didn't realized that I was dreaming. I thought I was awake imagining that. Well I just wanted to tell you my first experience (i think it was pretty positive). And by the way, this is my first post here! Thanks!

Welcome to the Family Melina Very positive dreaming methods you have there. It seems like you've experienced a false awakeing which is of course a shear sign to Lucid Dreaming. Wow how great would it have been to capture it as to know that you were dreaming. I guess you're not new to Lucid Dreaming, so you found the right place to talk about your experiences and give suggestions I look forward to hearing about your dreams and Im sure everyone else looks forward to hearing them also. WELCOME MELINA!!!! I believe that the method which you used to induced lucidity is considered a MILD, and a very effective way to induce LD, except in this case you don't seem to have realized you were lucid...

I do sometimes wonder if people who disappear still lucid dream, only without the aid of the forum. A part of me likes to think they do I guess.
