There is also a thing as trying to hard. I can tell by the fact that you said you have had LD related dreams that LDing is solidly ingrained in your head and subconscious, which is fantastic. Maybe you should try putting a little less pressure on yourself while your awake, and just keep flooding your mind with stuff related to lucid dreaming. Combined with a little bit of autosuggestion while falling asleep (long live the power of the mind!), LDs might just start popping up naturally. If you try and force it, however, you'll just end up stressing yourself out, and stress is the #1 dream killer. |
