      Unusual?

      Hey guys I'm new and looking for some other viewpoints on this problem.

      Whenever I dream and then tell myself I'm dreaming, I wake up. However, it's a false awakening, so I think I'm awake but I'm still dreaming, so I am usually unable to lucid dream. This happens around 90% of the time.

      Wondering if this is unusual and if anyone has any thoughts on the subject.

      That's actually very common. Just make sure to do a RC every time you wake up (so the next time you have a false awakening, you can recognize it!)

      Look at is as a positive thing, at least you don't actually wake up.
