      Night shift

what are the effects of night shift on LDs? I work from about 11:00 pm to around 7:00 am on my normal work schedual. I dont get to sleep till late morning, or early afternoon. Would this effect my dreams at all?

Well technically if your adjusted your bodyclock to that time frame so you went to bed during the day and worked at night you should definately be able to dream and lucid dream during the day whilst you sleep, if you have adjusted well to the night shift you should be able to dream and lucid dream, your REM periods won't change at all, things will be fine

So long as you get the right ammount of sleep, it shouldn't have any effect at all. The only slight problem is it might be too bright to WILD, but that's what curtains are for.
