      New LD inducing technique (RILD)

I would like to share with you a techique to induce lucid dreams on demand. If you have tried everything else and failed, or if you would like to expand you LD techniques this is without any doubt, the easiest way to experience a Lucid Dream. I discovered this technique quite recently and therefore I can not guarantee that it will work for everyone. I can state for sure that it has worked on everyone that has tried it, including a few individuals that have never experienced a LD. There is no prep work of any kind, simply go to sleep as you normally do. Whenever you happen to wake up, remain still with your eyes closed. Do not allow your mind to begin wandering, instead the very and only thought must be "Replay Dream" This will cause (believe it or not) a previous dream to be replayed in your minds eye, but this time fully awake or lucid. Which dream will be replayed? I think it depends on your intention, it may replay a long forgotten dream or the last dream you just had. The first time I tried it, I aborted because of the unusual symptoms that are felt during the experience, Keep in mind that normally you are not conscious when you fall sleep. The second time I tried it, I decided that I will NOT allow any fears from preventing me this experience, the sensations are unusual, but you must go with them. First a flash of lights will go off behind your closed eye lids, followed by what can be described as images in your mind eyes passing at a great speed, and suddenly you will be in a dream scape fully aware. I guess if I had to name this technique it would be RILD (replay induced lucid dream). For those of you willing to try this technique, please reply letting me know whether it worked for you or not.
      In a nutshell -
      1. Go to to sleep
      2. Whenever you wake up, do not move and do not open your eyes
      3. The very first thought in your mind must be "Replay dream" and go with the flow

      Good Luck

      Welcome to the forum DreamQuest

Well that technique has sort of already been done. Maybe you could share your experiences with us about it. Also you could compare both yours and the other technique and try to improve any making a stronger one.
