Greetings from, well, me
Hello all. My friend introduced me to these boards and I'm just introducing myself!
I dream a lot. By a lot, I mean pretty much every night. I have very bizarre dreams that tend to influence my artwork and stuff. I also get ideas for my graphic novel that way. Well, I figured it would be a great idea to start a dream journal on here. That's mainly why I joined.
Sometimes I have very interesting sleep patterns. I have something called hypnagogia: basically I see/hear/feel what's in my head between the states of sleep and awakeness. I know that's not a very clear definition for it but, that's pretty much it. I hear stuff most of the time, and feel stuff other times. It's quite rare that I will wake up and see a severed head on my night table or something. Occasionally though I remember seeing stuff and it scaring the crap out of me...that could be because of the stimulation of the amygdala and thus inducing fear...anyway!
I'm glad to have joined here.
