Well thats natural. You should do what Micheal and others have suggested and start a dream journal, which will helps quite a bit. (Strange though isnt it, all your doing is writing down your dreams =/). You might try the Straight Back to Bed method, that works 100% of the time for me in term of lucid dreaming, also do RC's frequently in real life until you find yourself doing them without truly giving it thought. |
