I've been doing some more reading on the forums (cause lets face it, studying can be quite boring) and I think I understand WILD.
From my understanding it looks like you go to sleep for awhile (to take care of your physiological need for sleep) then you wake up. After waking, you go back to "sleep" while trying to remain conscious, and thus a lucid state?
If I have the "theory" nailed, I will definitely give it a try (since I don't sleep much anyway).
Lemme know if I'm right.
Well, back to studying again (damn reading logs !)
