I've only recently had my first lucid dream and I've been telling myself before bed to look out for dream signs and be aware of my surroundings etc and make sure to distinguish that it is a dream. But in real life I'm a very calm person calmer than most probably and when having a dream it just goes by usually I don't really care even if something is not right I let it pass by and just have the dream and wake up. Should I just keep making dream journal notes or are there other methods of achieving lucidity more and practicing it?
