Thread: had my 1st lucid please read

You were correct in telling yourself to calm down, being excited is a really fast way to end a lucid dream.
It's great to see that you're excited about LDing, being really motivated will also help you LD. Be sure to look over the tutorials and ask any questions you might have. We'll be happy to help you out

btw after the false awakening with the tv person ,before i regained lucidty when i walked to my desk to write some key words for the dream and i did the fingers to nose test and i breathed through them I then rembered to try to look at the clock on my wall i have a normal one not mechanik and i could read the hours just fine and REREAD them,all 12 of them ,but they were extremly fuzy and i could only read them when i focused on them ,they were in the right order and all i jsut rember reading the 6 the 7 then 8 ,in this order
