      New to this forum

Reading around in here it is suggested that those new to this forum introduce themselves.

While "I "(a relative term) am new to the forum, I am not new to lucid dreaming nor the the movement towards a higher level of awareness. What I am doing here now is to stabilize the awareness as it grows.

Just lurking here the last few days and reading many of your commentaries, views and experiences has served to bring "me" (another relative term) a much clearer view within "myself "(relative) on several key points. All here have my gratitude for being here and participating in this forum.

My short term direct pupose is to stabilize the lucid dream process, something that has been on and off and hit and miss for a long time. Understanding several points I have found in here has helped greatly in just these last few days.
I look forward to continued involvement with this forum.

      Again, all have my gratitude.

      Welcome to the forum.

Seeing as no-one has answered your introduction (it's kind of dead time at the moment), i decided i'd say hi.
      So here it comes.
      Hi.

You will find this forum to be a key resource, and a friendly community, on your path towards stable Lucid Dreaming, control, and recall.
I am also sure you will find that many people, indeed have similar goals to yours.

      Again, to the forum.

You merely have to change your point of view slightly, and then that glass will sparkle when it reflects the light.

I noticed that the last two nights, in how subtle the shift from sleep paralysis to the beginning of the dreaming is.
At this point I can consistently remain aware through the paralysis stage, but when the dreaming starts it seems I try to "grab hold of the lucidity" that is already there rather than just letting it be and just subtly embracing it.. Such a "lunge" shatters the dream and sends me back to the paralysis stage without actually waking up . After a couple of times of this I lose the awareness and just fall completely asleep and then dream as normal.

Thanks for the links Clairity, I saved them to my favorites list. It helps to have some road maps with all the information on this site.

to Dreamviews, NonDualistic! Clairity as usual posted the two essential links before me, so I don't have much to add.
