I bought that speaker thing that goes under your pillow,i think i ordered it from this website,or some dreaming website...anyway you plug it into your iPod or whatever and the sound comes through your pillow really faintly so it doesnt wake you up. The only problem is,there is no alarm on your iPod so you cant make it turn on anytime during the night. But i tried falling asleep to it hoping that it would set my mind on the right path. I had 90 minutes of music on this playlist with all songs about sleeping or songs that would relax me,and i had "Silent Lucidity" by Queensryche on there cuz that song would surely tell me i was dreaming! Well,it backfired badly. I couldn't fall asleep, and i started it over and i still couldnt fall asleep,so i was laying there for 3 hours listening to it! I finally shut it off just so i could get some sleep and i realized there is no way i can use this cuz it prevents me from sleeping (even at a VERY low volume) and i cant set it to turn on while i'm sleeping,so i'm kinda screwed with this thing. I dont have a cd player alarm clock, just a regular one i've had for 20 years so its very basic LOL My stereo has an alarm on it but every time it turns itself on and gets to the cd,it shuffles around and makes loud clicking noises that wakes me up before the music even starts! UGH |

yeah the cassette i made for myself has a 3-minute pause between each message, or else it would wake me up too. i also always prepare myself before falling asleep that as soon as hear those lucid messages play themselves, I am going to do a reality check or whatever in my dream |

I have heard a few, so designed my own. |
