well after over a year of failing, im starting to get down LDing and funny enough wilding seems to be working as of now.
but i still have a problem most of the time i try to wild
for some reason, when i get up and go back to bed to attempt a wild, i can stay still, but when i close my eyes, for some reason, most of the times, i cant seem to look still, i dont know why but i have a tendency to look around even though imk looking at nothing and this is not letting me wild
can anyone help me with this problem?
