      I need some feedback, please.

      Greetings,
I have recently started WBTB. I sleep six hours, come in here and read posts, listen to LD tracks, etc. I want to try WILD. My first attempt was last night. After going back to bed, I laid as still as possible and tried to focus my thoughts on having a lucid dream. I was pretty shocked by the reaction. I started vibrating, which I suppose is what's supposed to happen, and I had a weird feeling of trying to leave my body. That's all cool and I'm glad it happened, but it seems like when it was happening, as I focused on it, it went away and didn't come back and I eventually just turned over and went to sleep and remember nothing till the alarm went off.
Was I being overeager in focusing on the physical sensations? Any suggestions would be most appreciated. Thanks.
Dream Big, Live Large.... BTW, can you breath with your nose pinched shut?

You entered sleep paralysis. That is the first step of the WILD.

Next time you feel the vibrations try and focus on what you were before, keeping you mind awake, or else you'll just fall asleep.

      Good luck!

I think i'll go with the others and say that was Sleep Paralysis.
It's nothing to be feared, Just remember to keep alert.. Not too alert, But alert.

Otherwise you'll just sleep like any other night.
You reveal that a reveal check reveals nothing.
