      New here

      Hey everyone, I'm a newbie on this site.

      But, I've been having sleep paralysis sometimes when I wake up for years. I've slowly learned how to move into a controlled dream while in that state. But I get into these states naturally and accidentally, sometimes weeks between them.

      So now that I've found this site, I might learn some new tricks.

      hey! welcome to dreamviews....this is a great site you found very helpful.

      Its great you have had experience with SP its a good start hopefully things will go well for you....sounds like you could become quite the natural LDer.
