hi this is my first time posting and i havnt had an LD yet but i was wondering if its possible to LD from just doing RC's and writing in your dream journal thanx

Yes. It is possible, and I had some great LD's this way. But it will improve your odds if you do practice some technique, such as MILD, and WBTB.

Welcome and yes it is possible.

It's all connected to lucid dreaming, you use a dream journal to help your recall and to help you notice your dream signs. Now these are common occurances in your dreams, be it a certain character or event. After you have recognized these from your dream journal you should do reality checks when ever you see this event or think about it in real life. Basically, you have to question your reality.

Now after a while these reality checks will cross over into your dreams. It really just helps you DILD.

As they've said, it's definitely possible. All of my (5) LDs are from random DILDs, triggered by RC.
