i jst had a nightmare (i wont explain it) at the end of the nightmare i ran out a house saying please wake me up over and over again then i woke in bed but i was in another dream...................because i said please wake up i must have known i was dreaming thanx and pleas help me out |

Yep that was a lucid dream. Trying to wake yourself up means that you knew that you weren't awake in the first place, which is the definition of lucidity. |
