I've known about lucid dreaming for a while and even heard about spinning and such. I've become lucid in my dreams many times, but the longest I was able to maintain control was about 30 seconds. It usually lasts less time than that. |

Only now and then. If you want a way to get lucids and stop yourself doing that, I recommend trying visualisation of yourself in 1st person, or reading some of the VILD tutorials in the tutorials section. |

also the more lucids you have the more youll gain that stamina and they should just naturally get longer...at least thats what i think |

Oh. Hell i know, it is something i have lots of time. Maybe its becouse you and I played a lot of computer games. And we know, that manipulating the game makes you achieve what you wish. In this dreams, we are just passive observers. We look at whats going on, and sometimes it happenes, that we are sucked into the dream. It often happened to me, that dream beginned that way and ended in 1.st person somehow. |
