      Wild Technique??

Is it possible to WILD when you go to bed at night time??? (meaning not waking up then going back to sleep to WILD)

Yes, it is possible, but just a lot harder and will probably take a while longer as well.
Consciousness: that annoying time between naps.

Yes it is, so far thats what Im trying to do, WILD without doing WBTB and so far I got to the SP stage (or at least almost there as in breathing was starting to retract)

      In all it is possible

Yeah thats all I ever get to. Trust me it would be nice to be able to wild before bed, but due to the placement of REM after the deep sleep phases its pretty hard. If you want results, WBTB is the better starting point.

I think it really depends on the person. I always try to WILD before going to sleep. Even if you fail, its still worth a shot I can't do the WBTB method because i'm so not a morning person, either I'm very likely to sleep through any alarm that I set (I even can ignore the urge to pee), or I'm just so drowsy that I'm unlikely to care about WILD'ing and will just go back to sleep.

      Exclamation Wild

i recenlty read up about this, as ive been getting them without knowing what they are for the past year. sometimes three times a week my body falls asleep while im still concious i cant help it, its a bit horrible actually i hear loud noises and get wierd sensations of falling. ive been trying to get past this stage and enter a lucid dream, but i can help but panic during the transition, as often i will get a feeling of not being alone in the room or seeing people, any advice in how get past this?

Wow dude I envy you lol.. this actually happened to me this morning and I managed to slip into an LD... Right when you experience SP just try to picture a scene.. and don't give up... Eventually you'll have one

Someone said imagine your on a beach and feel the sand between your toes and feel the wind and such, I find that it works to relax and to keep my mind slightly awake. Last night I tried imagining a beach and got further then I ever gotten before then with counting my breaths or just plain thinking about things going on in the day.

      It works try it

I tried to Wild before getting any sleep, it was so frustrating because you partially start to feel it, and you cant stand laying that still for that long
