      Smile New here and wanting to learn...

      Hi. I'm new here. Just started reading the forum last night and I hope to learn from the members posting here. I know I have had LD's. I am starting to journal my dreams in hopes to be able to decipher what they are about. I'll be lurking at first and hopefully I can help someone later on.

      Fantastic Idea Mini...really a dream journal will help you start to recall well over time. Don't get discouraged, record whatever you can. Listen, have a look through the front page of the site, it really will give you a good background on lucid dreaming...follow the tabs, read around you will learn alot. If you don't succeed at first, don't worry, it takes a while, try different things and just know that you're capable.

      And oh...welcome ,yes.
