This is very strange; lucid dreams occur during REM when SP also occurs. Sleepwalking occurs in slow-wave sleep, so you shouldn't be having such vivid...eh...hallucinations/dreams? |

Spooky, that DOES sound like it could be dangerous. Lets hope you don't go jumping off a cliff while dreaming, you might wake up to find you just jumped of your roof. |

I don't think that I am paralyzed if I am walking around. Doesn't make sense. As for the stages of sleep thing I often baffle drs. because my body doesn't follow the rules. I was just wondering if I am the only person in the world to do such things. |
