      Welcome!

You can start to practise lucid dreaming when ever you want. While practising, you can make a dream journal at the same time and improve your dream recall. It's a double wammy

Hi and welcome to the site.

If you feel confident that you're ready to start trying to achieve lucidity, go for it. It's important though to keep at it and stay in a positive frame of mind.

A physical dream journal would be good if you don't have one already. Get an actual book that will house only your dreams. This way you might possibly find a reoccurring them or object in your dreams that could help trigger lucidity.
