When you lucid, does you're body move?

For instance, while you are having sexual intercourse while lucid dreaming would you're brain tell you're body to re-enact the actions?

Heads up for the number one lucid noob

Most likely not...your body enteres sleep paralysis when you sleep. It keeps you from flailing your arms around and stuff while your dreaming...

      Welcome to the forums, Jamie.

No, your body does not move. Whenever you go into REM sleep and begin dreaming, your body goes into what is known as Sleep Paralysis. This happens naturally every night when you dream, and no part of your body moves during this. You may have had at some time in your life the sensation of being unable to move either as you fell asleep or woke up abruptly from a dream; this feeling is the beginning (or end) of sleep paralysis.

      Welcome to the forum!
As TaNK stated, paralysis kicks in when you enter REM, therefore you shouldn't move.
