      Was this a lucid dream?

I'm in an industrial area. I look back and see a humanoid creature. It is chasing me. I run from it for a couple minutes, I have complete control of my actions. Then I run around a warehouse and see a shack with the door open. I run inside of it and see a lady.

I realize I'm dreaming and say this is a dream, I am asleep right now.
Then I fell a slight tingling.

She says that won't work, YOU ARE NOT DREAMING, THIS IS REAL.

      Then I woke up.

Yes. It's probably your 1st LD, so explanations:
      1. The slight tingling is completely natural.
      2. Your conscious must have gotten overexcited and woke you up. It happens.

Congrats! Try to do more later!

Yep, congrats! Remember, any time at all that you know you're dreaming, it is a lucid dream.

And it's normal for the first lucids to be short like that, once you have more they start getting longer and longer.
