      HAHAHA ludicity at last!

      Man it was amazing.
I think i was in a barber shop im not sure but all i remember is someone asked me somthing and right away i said " No, that doesnt make sence I am dreaming." i didnt even do a reality check i just knew.
It was the coolest thinkg i ever felt.
I then said to myself " I cant believe im lucid dreaming its so amazing, my body is actually in my bed sleeping while im right here. everyone was right, It almsot feels more real than real!"
I then woke up but now that i ahve finnaly had a lucid dream i should be able to get them more frequently

Yep, you just did it for the first time,

You still have much to learn and many more challenges to face..

But after doing it once it comes easier

      Good job!

      Good on ya.

It does get easier, and you'll find, as you go on, that those Reality Checks are very useful, but my first LDs were not from RC's , either. I think it takes at least one or two lucky breaks like this one before you start to get your bearings enough to use an RC.

(My favorite is holding your nose and trying to breathe. As long as you don't forget that breathing=dream, and not breathing=awake, it's fool-proof.

Ya, i do alot of reality checks throughout the day, everyday. so im hoping it will halp alot and ill be able to lucid dream alot.

Do most people on here have a lucid dream almost everynight or is it just somthing people do every once in a while?
because i would like to one day be able to realise im in a dream the second i start dreaming, everynight.

Onesky i'm in the same boat as you buddy I just had my first 'recorded' lucid since joining a little while ago and already I've had 3 more in the past week! Dude it feels awesome when you realize you're dreaming, it's called a DILD when you realize you're dreaming when you're in your dream right?

Yes, DILDs are where you realize you're dreaming, in the dream, usually spontaneously or by reality check.
