Guess its worthwhile to try it....

But anyone with experience on this matter, it would definetly be much appreciated

FILD is a form of WILD. I've gotten it to work a couple times. Some people have a lot of luck with it.

You just have to try it and see how it works for you. There are some long threads on it around here if you search; maybe those would help.

How extraordinary, I've never heard the FILD technique, I'm going to give it a try tonight!

      Do a reality check.

For me this is the easiest technique but it won't be for everybody.

I would have to go with MILD. Takes the least effort, and doesn't interrupt your sleep. Unfortunately, it seems to be the least reliable.

Hah, don't look for the easy path on LDing, or you will dishearten yourself with some methods don't work. No method is really "easy" though, you have to find what works for you.

i actually find that when I do it properly MILD is one of my most reliable techniques but everyone's different. I would suggest trying all the techniques to see which ones you find easiest because, like I said, everyone's different

Everything makes sense once you stop thinking about it

DEILD is the only one that's foolproof if done correctly. Doing it correctly is difficult though. I prefer DILD they require very little effort, although I'm attempting EILD's right now.

      what's that?

and, on topic for the thread, I think you just have to have really good timing to do FILD. It's easy as in it requires very little effort to do, but for a lot of people, it's not that reliable. But I just do it whenever I wake up randomly in the middle of the night. no harm in it, it's not like you have anything to lose if you're awake anyway

It's from EWoLD, Electrical induced. I'm using a device to signal when I'm dreaming.

      Exactly,

The "easiest" technique depends a lot on yourself. The thing with lucid dreaming is that it's different for everyone. What works well for one person doesn't necessarily work for another. And additionally, every technique needs to be tweaked, fine-tuned and adjusted to your particular way of dreaming.

So Volcon is quite right. Don't look for an "easy fix", because you won't find it. Learning to lucid dream is really all about learning about a part of you that you've never paid attention to before, it's about self-exploration. So go explore, try things, experiment, see what you react to, and what doesn't. That's how you learn to lucid dream.

      Best of luck!
