Welcome to DV. I wish you all the best on a speedy return to health. I don't know the medical value of dreams, but I can vouge for the mentally healing power of dreams. If you stick around, I bet you'll find more than you're even looking for. Again, welcome.

ya'll are so sweet. i was wondering how old most of the people on here are, and at what age did they start experimenting with lucid dreaming.

The newbie zone is just a place for n00bs to introduce themselves to forum and let everyone know they exist. Plus they can ask typical n00bie questions, which usually end up with the response "look at the turtorials."

Anyways, welcome bloodandroses , and I hope you feel better!

      Welcome to dreamviews!!

I hope you get well to. gameover is right to. There are some medical benefits from dreaming to. I heard even some "healing" may be done to.

Dreamviews has a lot of different people with different ages and from different parts of the world. For me, I just started lucid dreaming last year.
