Some good ones with the pinch nose/breath and counting fingers.
Jumping isn't consistent for me, and neither is pinching.
Other good ones though:
- Try remember what you ate last. Is it wierd? Can't remember? Bonus = you don't get to look like an idiot.
- Put your finger through your hand. If it works, you're probably dreaming
Also, I suggest you always do at least 2 together
Because everyone has different results from them. Sometimes they don't work for some people, so find the ones that work for you
