      Sleep Deprivation & Dreaming

I have only had two lucid dreams so far ( I started trying a month ago) and both were on nights that I was catching up from a lack of sleep the night before. I am considering deliberatly depriving myself of sleep one night so that I can over sleep the following night. Has anyone tried this and did it work for you?

Sounds like a plan to me. But I wouldn't make a habit of it or anything. It is good to be really tired especially when trying a WILD or MILD

when i sleep alot I tend to forget my dreams more often then when I wake up earlier, after/in a REM cycle but thats just me, I have sucky dream recall. It sounds good, if this works for you, you should sure as hell do it more often because LD's are awesome!

If you want to try that I suggest you read this topic. It talks of a similar technique that one of our master LDers came up with. I haven't been able to test it so far, though I hope to do it soon.
      If I hadn't made me
I'd be more inclined to bow
Powers that be would have swallowed me up
But that's more than I can allow...
