      Having trouble starting

When I first started learning Lucid Dreaming, my dream recall was horrible at 1 dream per night. But, after 2 or 3 days, I can't remember ANY dreams. Sometimes I'll sort of remember a dream (Most of the time they are false awakening dreams) during the day, but never vividly. What am I doing wrong?

One dream per night is hardly horrible recall, its actually very decent. But don't worry, everyone, even the most experienced, tend to go through some dry spells. It'll come back to you soon, in the mean time you should keep a Dream Journal if you haven't started already.

You're likely not doing anything wrong, besides the fact that you're not doing anything at all. That's your problem. Have you read this tutorial?

That tutorial lists a lot of good ways to remember dreams, although I've always found the most effective method to be a Dream Journal.

edit: Exo's right, one dream per night isn't bad...
