      Welcome and congrats!

To be honest I'm not entirely sure on the effects medicines have on lucid dreaming. Although I know that some can cause you to find it difficult to remember your dreams.
Sorry I can't be of any more help.

I disagree, I think it could have a very positive effect (even more with placebo)

I too have adult ADD, not hyperactive though, but I have struggled with it for a while now, actually it started when I got out of school when I was 16. I just ignored it figuring that if I wasnt genually interested in it, then ofcourse I wouldnt pay attention. But then things like moving up to a lead position at work where I have to concentrate on boring things, this led me to seek help. However I dont like doctors that much, unless I am bleeding badly or have broken something, I dont go to the doctor, I figure it out on my own and find a way to fix it.

Anyways, I started taking Boron (found that by taking the recommended dose but twice a day, so yeah its double, it works better), anyways this stuff helps out with basically making you concentrate and calms you down mentally and physically. Thats the only bad thing, it really does calm you down physically, so I started back on taking my Spike supplement to get me through the day. But its like a natural supplement for people with ADD, and it does work, since taking it I have been able to concentrate on anything, I even started reading a lot every day like I used to do back in the day.

I also take Choline, this I heard helps out alot with remembering your dreams, and also helps you focus, this stuff works wonders too. I take the Boron and Choline early in the morning with my other supplements, and Im good all day and I take another dosage right before bedtime with Melatonin. The very first time I took all 3, plus some weird herb called Spirit Flower or something, and meditated right before going to sleep I had a bunch of dreams, one of which became lucid but just as it became lucid my alarm went off. And I was able to remember them all, I didnt write them down, but I was able to recall them, still can actually and this was a while back.

Meditation helps out alot as well, I hate to say it, but alot of those meds that doctors put you on just kind of manipulate your mind and if its the wrong medication or dosage, it can quickly mess with you in a bad way. Not saying the stuff doesnt work or anything, just saying for any prescription a doctor gives you, theres always a much better, healthier, less expensive alternative that you dont need a prescription for.
