      Self Hypnosis?

      I didnt know where something like this should go, so I figured this would be a good spot for it. I have been trying to find some good (free) sites that would offer advice on how to do self hypnosis, like how to make a script for it, how to get into a trance, come out, etc., basically everything I would need to know to practice it correctly. Dont have the money to buy any books on it, and theres bound to be somewhere there is some info on it that I can get for free. Hopefully there are some members here that do it, or used to and can give me some advice, or links to websites that actually offer info, not just a tease to get you to buy a book or kit website.

      Also I have found a thread here called Hypnosis Induced Lucid Dreaming, and though it was a long procedure, it almost worked, I just need to make a few adjustments for it to work for me. Thanks for any help or info, by the way my library doesnt have books like this, or books to do with basically anything that is on this whole website, they're very one dimensional.

      Thank you for your reply, I have searched Google, Yahoo and Ask.com, I have never ran across this site. This is definatly the most informative site I have found without having to pay for, thank you. And is that you in your avatar picture?

      I've known people that have been hypnotised and it seemed to work for them. I myself tried self hypnosis for school work and it seemed to work.

      You can find the real Xox in the Post a Picture of Yourself thread... somewhere in there...

      There's a tutorial specifically about self-hypnotizing yourself into lucid dreaming. It's this thread.
