Heres a little background on me.
I joined this forum last year, and within a week of eat/sleep/drink lucid dreaming, i was waking up from my first lucid dream. I had a couple more. All was great.
Well that was a year ago, i haven't had a lucid dream since. I gave up for a bit, then started again. I picked up my dream diary, recording dreams and hardcore reality checking for 2 weeks. Nothing happend. I stopped again.
Now i really want to pick it up and start LD'n again. I miss the feeling so much! 
Since now and then, 9/10 i have always gone to bed wanting a lucid dream, ive tried b6 drugs, Lucid MP3's etc.
Id just like a few tips from people that have been in my possition. Should i keep on with the 20+ R/C a day? I know some people on here don't bother with them at all.
