      Cool thanks for the advice.

One more question though, well more of a dilemma. Recently i havn't been able to recall ANY of my dreams. This has been happening for like 4-5 days. Is there something i may be doing wrong or does this happen to everyone at some point or another?

When you wake up from your dream state there is something called Rapid-eye movement atonia (REMA) where if you move which you usually may do the motor neurons in your brain fire and your concious body gets into 100% and your sub-concious goes back to being well...sub-concious, below making it harder to remember

If you dont move and just let it all sink in for a moment it helps...I think my recall skills are above-above-average...I can recall 2-5 dreams even if i dont write them down all the way...I can remember things I saw, felt, heard, thought, ate..lol

I use to take a pepsid-complete and two liquid ibroprofen before sleep..I have began to drink sugar-cane juice, my Dominican grand mother gave me some, has some wierd disarming effect...drank it while sitting down in my bed and felt sort of...woozy, not sick woozy but sort of loss of conciousness...like getting tackled by an MLB just after getting the ball snapped to you...ow!

Other than the REMA w/ the motor neurons I dont know any other technical stuff...try eating blueberries something in them helps you w/ memories...I eat them anytime i get for about 2 years now...i can recall stuff from WAY back now

Good luck LD'ing im hoping all i learned today and from my sister who seems to be a natural-LD mega-diety will help me

      Thanks for the help Axiom.

Also i smoke marijuana about 2-3 times a day, (usually an hour or so before i go to bed also) does this negitivly affect anything? (Without it i sometimes have a VERY hard time falling asleep)

I think it happens to a lot of people. I know it happens to me. I have been trying to notice a pattern when it happens, and have come up with the following possible reasons: 1. I'm not getting enough sleep. 2. I have lots of stressful things going on that my mind jumps to when I first wake up. 3. I'm not taking my vitamins regularly.

TheOneAxiom has some good ideas. I have noticed that when I immediately think about my dreams when I first start to wake I do remember much better. So that is important to remember.
