      How I got two of my first ld's (and my best) is I went on the tutorial section and read the ld tutorials or an hour or two before I went to bed, then I did a mild technique. Try that, see if it works for you.
      Remember from where you came, and stay true to your ideals. There is no place for those who have lost their souls.

      Red_rose had good advice. Keep LDing on your mind a lot. Read this site right before bed if you can. And throughout the day keep questioning if you are awake or dreaming.

      And don't give up or get too discouraged.
