      High there.

Nice to meet you all...I am the Milf Hunter's third cousin...you know, the High one.
Living and experiencing all the highs life has to offer, is my way.

Some say it's brave and polite to make introductions first,
while some prefer to leave others pondering and curious..

I like the best of both worlds...so I'll leave it at that!

      See you dreaming

      Good evening,

Thanks for the welcomes! and the links...they are very helpful and informative.

I've been aware of this site for quite some time now. Many threads and tutorials have been read, many techniques have been tried, and many experiments have been done. Unfortunately, I still have never had a full blown lucid dream...but I sure come very close, just about every night.

I haven't been putting too much effort into it...the motivation is lacking a bit. It is therefore for this very reason that I joined. I am confident that after hanging out with you guys long enough, it will happen!

So tell me...what worked best for you at first? What works the most now?

The only technique that has ever really worked for me is WILD combined with WBTB.

      Hai.

Literally, figuratively, it's all the same.

      Follow the path.

Cool...very interesting. I practically always go back to sleep for an hour or so in the morning. Usually quickly finding myself in the same dream I was in, however things always get out of control and I usually drift off into a different dream, or I wake up.

Now I never really tried to WILD at that time. I think I might just try that tomorrow morning.

Oh, and while we're at it.. Do the Reality Check exercises usually work out pretty well?

The nose pinch reality check works well when I want to prove to myself that I'm lucid (i.e., during a false awakening, etc.). As far as doing RCs during the day with the hope that I will do one in a non-lucid dream and have the dream turn lucid.. that's never happened for me (which is another reason why I WILD).

Well Clarity it seems you are a Wild one as well, then!
I was just reading your tutorial about them...it is the one I am going to use for tomorrow morning. It's good and straight to the point.

I really admire the work you guys put into these...makes me feel like writing my own little guide to whatever.

Oh and what is this Adoption Program thing? Clarity do not feel obligated to answer these questions..for I am not personally bugging you I am just...so curious.

      No worries!

      The Adoption Program
DreamViews has an Adoption program in which members that have been here for 2 weeks or more can participate in. Some people like having more one-on-one help, so we have developed the Adoption Program for members willing to "adopt" members to give them special help and attention.

Please read the Adoption Program Information to learn more about the program.

The Adoption Forum can be found here, which includes a thread dedicated to Members Looking to Adopt.
