Actually, I feel as though as I got an even better rest than if I just would normally sleep. |

Thanks Axel. I didn't want to have lucid dreams if it meant that I would be falling asleep during class. Thanks again. |

I think it may depend on instances, people, etc. Sometimes I feel very rested, and other times I feel like I may have expended more energy than if I had simply just tried to rest normally. |

"“Evil? Good? These are merely words. In the eyes of the universe neither of those exist. There are only three elements, that act as a base for all that you see around. There is Light. There is Dark. And there is the balance between those two. Good and Evil are concepts, used to deny oneself from serving the balance. By serving, you participate in the great creation."

I've only had a few lucid dreams, but when I wake up from them I feel very energetic and excited. And it lasts through the day, not just right after I wake up. |

Well, I have yet to do a Lucid Dream. But its understandable that I am new to this, so im gonna continue trying to have them! I`ll give my opinion on this after I get one. |
