Whats your sleep schedule, how many hours a night do you get? |
|
hey all, I started this whole thing a total of two days ago, so I definitely don't expect any big results. However, I have found it hard to sleep since I've been trying to improve my dream recall. I'm not sure why, but I did the 61 pts, and I tried playing the subliminal mp3 that's been posted elsewhere. I'm wondering if there's an alternative to changing how I fall asleep, because I've only been able to recall one dream, which was from a nap, and it was harder to fall asleep last night as well. |

WILDs - 38
MILD/DILDs - 44
VILDs - 8
TILDs - 1 (Thirst Induced Lucid Dream, never going through that experience again...)
Total: 98 - So close to the big 100
well, I usually go to bed between 1 and 2 every night during the week, and wake up at 8 mon wed fri, 9 on tues, and 10 on thurs, and I get about the same amount of sleep on the weekends, about 6-8. Maybe the reason i couldn't sleep the other night was because I tried going to sleep at 12, but I read that more sleep is crucial for better dream recall, i guess I'm just not used to the schedule. |

i guess you should get a little bit more sleep. to get a better recall you should keep a Dream Journal. set the alarm to go off in the middle of the night so the brain gets used to dream in a more awake state during the time the clock use to go off. meditation makes the recall better. try to not stress during the day, cuz stess makes it harder to recall. |

As Xallie said, more sleep would probablly matter. |

You do this every fucking time.
No sweat.
No tears.
No guilt.
You do this every fucking time.

well, there's no rational reason you shouldn't believe it. After all, it really is just mental determination that makes you remember your dreams |
