Thread: Hey.. Where to start?

First off, welcome to the forum, Tyler!

To start, keeping a dream journal should be your first goal - write down anything and everything you can remember. Recording your dreams will often lead to better dream recall, which will help with lucidity. Because what's the use of having a lucid dream if you don't remember it?

And about sleeping positions, I don't personally find one better than another (though everyone is different), but I've noticed that if I wake up and don't move or open my eyes, I can usually remember what I was just dreaming about. Then write it in the dream journal.

You should start by keeping a dream journal (always a good start), but also you can look in the tutorials section which will have a lot of answers to any questions you may have.

You can usually read things in dreams, but if you look away and look back they are usually different. There are a lot of other ways to tell if you're dreaming, and you'll have to find out which is the best for you. These are a lot of help when it comes to having a lucid dream; and I'm sure that with determination and confidence you'll be able to have lucid dreams.

Not being able to read is a very common dream sign.

I don't know about the sleep positions tho...I'm a combo of suspicous, yet sensitive, rational, tough, and shy according to that!

Probably like horoscopes.
