      Hello everyone

Hi i'm 18 i'm Portuguese and i fist got interested in lucid dreaming when i saw a documentary that had a section about it. I don't know if i ever had one lucid dream but there a two dreams that i remember vividly and i had them about 12 years ago do those count?

      to DV!

Well umm the vividness of the dreams is irrelevant. If you remember a dream in which you suddenly realized, "Hey, wait a second, I'm dreaming!" then that counts as a lucid dream.

As Mes said (/me hugs), Vividness doesn't matter as far as Lucid Dreaming goes.

It only qualifies if you knew that you were dreaming during the dream state, and acted accordingly. It's good to have vivid dreams though, especially when you have a lucid one.

Hello there and welcome to Dream Views.

I wonder how your current dream recall is. Do you think it is fine or do you suppose it could be better? If you want to practice dream recall feel free to start a dream journal and you'll have taken that important first step closer to becoming lucid in your dreams.

There are other things to learn as well but dream recall is a big part of lucid dreaming. Check out the Tutorial Section of the site and there you'll find a list of ways to help you get lucid.

      Good luck.

I've started a dream journal today althought i woke up in the middle of the night and remembered another dream but i was too tired to write it down. usually i just remember the WAY weird ones like 3D world and my best friend is a 3D sheep what's up with that? now that i recall it that dream was itself a dream sign...
