      Rapid Heartbeat

Is rapid heartbeat an indication that SP is near? It happened to me when I was trying to go to sleep. I hadn't moved for a while.

It's at least a sign that a WILD is near. So you might be right.

That's wierd, because I did this right when I went to bed at nine o'clock, and only stayed still for around 10 minutes. Isn't it supposed to take a long time if you do it when you just go to bed? Because I wasn't even TRYING to WILD. (until I realized what was happening).

When i tried to WILD my heart stopped for some seconds, i think. i was so close when i felt like my heart exploded. i felt for the pulse and i had none. i paniced and thought that if i ran around my heart would be beating faster, and perhaps start again. i was to sleepy to get out of bed and just as i sat up i felt the heart begin softly again. this happend when i was close to enter WILD, for the first time to (that what's annoys me). i don't knw if the feeling of the heart exploding just was an illusion or if it was the bad heart in generations before me.

      It can happen quite quickly.

Continue lying there. As long as you don't have any problems with your heart you're probably just going into a WILD. Sometimes SP can make you feel like you can't breath so it most likely could also make you feel other sensations

The very first time I ever tried to WILD, my heart started beating so hard and fast that it actually HURT. I stopped it then and was afraid to try again for awhile. I have had plenty of WILDs since being brave enough to try again and have never had that experience again. Chances are you might not either
